Default 2.4L Bseries. How would you do it?

What would be the best way to make a 2.4L B series engine. Of course boring and stroking, but What crank/rod length/ deck plate would get me a longer stroke while maintaining a good if not close to perfect rod/stroke ratio?

I wouldnt. I would buy a K series motor. I know the longer the stroke the harder it is to keep a good R/S ratio. Or was it B/S (bore stroke) ratio? I cant remember. Sorry I couldnt help more.

soon.

100mm crank and like an 86mm bore is right round it. r/s is like 1.2x or something.

you would need a custom crank atleast 100mm stroke and probably 86mm bore. Then to make it last a deck plate would be needed, because the rod ratio would be VERY bad.

Why don't you get the H23A prelude engine instead. It would be a much cheaper alternative. I'm not sure what's the R/S ratio on that though.

**** man...it would probably vibrate pretty bad. Don't they start putting in balance shafts at right around 2.0 liters? After 2.4-2.5 they pretty much give up and just go to V6...
