Default 1998 Accord Wont Start?

Hey, so its a 98 accord ex swapped with a h22 lsd transmission, from auto-standard. 2 months ago my car started to act up with once i turn my car off, i had to wait a bit before I can turn it on(check engine light was popping up). About a month or so ago it started that while im driving sometimes i hear a click under the dash(switching gears but something electrical i believe), check engine light pops up I hit the gas my rpms go to about 100 and i my speedometer goes to 0 and i hear a grinding sound. I go to neutral and my car shuts off and all the lights come up(ABS, srs, e brake, turn signals, etc) and then my car stalls. Today it happened that I was driving and it happened and now it will not turn on. I tried getting a code from the car but it does not want to read the computer(Maybe it fried?) says some error. Anyone have suggestions on what is the problem?
The car cranks but will not turn on as the check engine light is on.(It Runs perfectly fine when it ran, theres 80000 on it.)

Heres a vid of under the dash, the previous guy put the engine in himself i guess and did all the wiring and its all f*cked.

Heres a vid of how it should start...

Can it be one of the relays? or faulty wiring?
