Default 1946 cc upgraded integra type R engine ???

last year we have upgraded my race integra ( done by my tuner in Belgium )
but we always kept problems with too high oil temperature(+ 160 degrees, european scale) the water was just 75 degrees. we have put 3 times a bigger oil cooler , but always without any positive result , does anyone recognise this problem ?? my tuner is a very good one , and does not understand it.

160 C sounds high but if you use it for race purposes, i think it sounds about right.
Does the engine operates at 75 c? isn't that TOO low operating temp? (BTW to non metric guys 75C is like 140-150 F)

Just out of curiosity, does your oil cooler works? are you sure about this?
