Integra vetch

I have a integra type r and my vtech some times kicks in and other times it dose not kick in at all car runs fine no codes vtech is strong when it dose kick in any suggestions

Check your engine oil.
Also to save yourself some verbal abuse... its Vtec, Vtech annoys people.

engine oil level is probably your problem if its intermittent
