044 bosch pump wiring help

Hello, Im planning to put an 044 pump between my fuel filter and rail for my hp needs. what signal wire can I used in the engine bay. I will be using a relay and I would hate to wire the signal Wire all the way back to the intank fuel pump. Car is a 95 civic
