Yea I bought a obx lsd for a b16 and Im installing it into a 01 gsr trans. I upgraded the bolts and washers in the lsd and put a b16 ring gear on it. I Tore the trans down and took both differintials to local machine shop and had them transfer everything to the obx lsd. I went to install it and when I bolt the case down to check the clearances the lsd wont spin unless I put the half-shaft in and turn it with vise-grips, so I figured I have tappered bearings and read that they are a pain. So ordered bearings for a 2000 SI today and wanted to make sure they will work for me?

 

bump I need some help guys. I have the bearings on the lsd with the side that doesnt have a cover on the outside. I got everything together and when I spin the everything it feels real hard and kind of like its catching on something but when it is in neutral the imput shaft spins more freely. Can anyone help, im going crazy lol.
