Weird problem!~

Weird problem!~
when i drive i can hear my pads grinding, but when i turn hard to the right it quits for a few seconds. also when i back up it lets out a loud grind. car doesnt shake when i brake, and pads looked ok. im thinking it the slide pins on caliper? any ideas? thanks
