The easier option, raise the car up some. However, since no one ever wants to hear that...

Its because your camber kit has reduced the available space between the UCA and the upper spring perch. Get rid of those UCAs and put the stock pieces back in. That will give you some more suspension travel before contact.

Keeping it at that height will not benefit performance, and will decrease the life of the upper balljoint from repeatedly slamming into the shock tower, as well the other suspension components. You should be worried about that.

Raise it up, or ditch the camber kit. My Civic is lowered 2.5" with no camber kits of any kind, and I only have 2* of camber up front (1.5* rear). My last set of tires (205/40/16 with a 340 treadwear) lasted about 45k+ miles before I replaced them. As long as you get your cars toe setting aligned afterwards, your tires will last a good long time. Camber kits are rip-off in my opinion, and they cause more problems than they help with (as you have found out).

When i asked people if this will occur and what camber kit should i go on my del sol with, they all said omni.
Good thing i decided not to go with any camber kit. I had the same problem on my DA. I had ingalls tho. The UCA kept hitting the tower, so now i have dents there.
Don't use camber kit and make sure your toe is set right, rotate your tires every 3k and you should be ok.

I had h&r races and yellows on the highest perch and my stock control arms were destroyed very quickly. I now ride on GC's at near stock height.

I drove my 94cx lowered 3" (much lower than H&R) for about 6 years straight, and never hit my OEM LCAs on the shock towers. What year/model are you refering too? What other mods did you have?

Hcivic99 Im glade to hear your LCA's don't hit the shock tower I'd be really worried for you and your safety.

Anyways I have a 95 Del Sol with Omni' UCA's it hits something I don't know what but its only when pulling out of the drive way or hitting speed bumps to fast. I'm assuming its the shock tower. I have Eibach Sportlines and KYB Adjustables. Live with it or get some coilovers seems to be the solution.

you'll need to either raise your car up, or get stiffer springs. what kind of springs are you running right now?
