Is this a standard ground control eibach spring?
The fronts say 230.64.55 and the rears say 180.64.44. The rears look fine, but when I see most other ground control eibach springs they have 200.xx.xx instead of these. Is there any difference between 230 and 200?
How do I tell what my spring rates are?
Ground Control sells Eibach Race Springs (ERS) which are labelled by 3 different values in the following convention: length . diameter . spring rate. However, ERS will come labelled in either Metric (mm.mm.N/m) or English (inchx100.inchx100.lbs/inch) units. 180.64.61 is the same thing as 700.250.350. The conversion from Metric to English is (/.254, /.254, x5.7) "/" means "divide by", "x" means "multiply by".

I know the conversion. The question is are the fronts ots springs for an integra being 9" and having a spring rate of 315?
They will be going on a civic if that makes any difference and I'll be using the Koni sleeves with my Yellows. I am looking to lower the car 2"-2.5". Will I be fine with these rates and the long front spring?

If your civic in question is a 92-95, then you essentially have the same suspension as my 00 gsr, and I lowered 2.5" in the front on Koni Yellows with GC springs and GC top hats, and that literally set the shock on the bumpstop. I need to raise it back up. Don't be in a huge rush, make sure you leave yourself enough suspension travel at whatever height you choose.
And considering that I have a little more than 1" left on the threaded sleeve, you should be able to lower 2.5" in the front with a 9" spring, but without some kind of shortened shock or extended top hat, you'll be resting on the bump stops at that height.
