Length does not/should not dictate which springs go on what end. If the manufacturer says its a 10kF/8kR setup, then the 10k spring will go up front whether its a 4" spring or an 8" spring, its up to the manufacturer to make that call, and up to you whether or not its a good idea to buy them. While the weight of the corner is compensated by spring rate, and spring rate is partially determined by length, length itself is not the sole factor in calculating spring rate.
It sounds like you have them set up correctly. Looking at those pics, the fronts look like a 7" spring with a 10kg/mm rate, while the rears are an 8" spring with an 8kg/mm spring rate.

i just put some brand new skunk2 coilovers on my car...the rears are almost all the way down..think theres like 4 more threads left and its all the way down..but the rears still look little high...is that normal? the fronts are cool...it is low
