Default Replacing LCA

Hi all. I might need to replace my LCA on the passenger front.(2000 Prelude). I've never done it before, but from the FSM it looks pretty straightforward. I just have a couple questions - 1) is the swaybar under tension/will removing the endlink be a problem, and 2) I'm getting the ball joint separator, but how do I get the ball joint back in?
TIA

You're only going to disconnect the endlink from the lca - shouldn't be a problem when the car is up on jackstands. As far as the balljoint is concerned, simply torque back to specs but make sure once you start torquing the balljoint that you have your hydraulic jack underneath the lca, supporting the full corner weight of the car.

Every time you torque suspension components, you need to make sure that the car's weight is on the corner, just as if it was sitting on the ground. This way you'll never get binding in your bushings and the balljoints will be properly torqued. On the teg the balljoint torque spec is 36-43 lbft if I recall. Might be similar for the prelude.
