Default Problems with skunk2 pro c full coilover.

I just bought some used pro c coilovers for my 93 eg, they seem in pretty good condition and were stated as used for 500 miles, one of the problems i have is my car sits too low, even at the highest setting in the back i could barely fit my finger between the tire and car.
Another problem i have is that they bounce too much, are they defective, are they for an ef maybe? why can't i adjust them to normal height, i also put the damper setting at max.
I tried searching seems like im the only one with this problem.
Thank you ur help will be greatly appreciated!

you prolly installed it wrong?

the bottom half of the shock is supposed to be used for changing height, the spring is suppse to stay tension'd

im pretty sure i installed it right, i'll double check, spring is compressed i only turned the bottom part to adjust height. For some reason at the highest setting i could barely fit one finger in the back, im pretty sure that kind of drop it's making it bounce, but what do i do?

Turns out i might have the coilovers for an EF, however, I need to confirm that by Sat.

If they are any different I would be surprised.

If they were for an EF you'd have to use the ef front forks. Did they have the forks all ready attached?

No, no forks attached, but it seems weird to me that I can't raise up the back.
