Default poly bushing replacement problem

So my bushings in my skunk2 rear lcas are completely destroyed. I got new replacements for the whole arm for both sides to switch the bushings skunk2 new design but i got a problem. Some of the bolts snapped and now i have to cut the bolt and sleeve to fully remove the arms. Problem is s2 doesnt sell replacement sleeves for the bushings. I have had a old set of ES front upper bushings that has new sleeves and they fit perfect except they are a hair too small O.D. causing them to spin very easily inside the bushing. Would it be ok/safe to use these sleeves still?

The sleeves need to rotate inside the joint...but there shouldn't be any space between. Measure what's left of the old sleeves and see how far away you are with the new ones. Ideally, you'd want a light press fit into the poly bushing...but one that still allows the sleeve the float.

The bushing measures I.D. (.8) and the new es sleeve measures O.D. just under the bushings I.D.

The sleeve slips right into the bushing.

Then its no good. You're going to have slop there and tear the bushing up faster than expected.

You can buy DOM tube. 13/16 OD. 3/16 wall thickness (.437 ID). That should do the trick. You'll have to cut it to size.

You can buy 3/8 ID tube also...and just drill the center with a 10mm drill bit to fit the M10 bolt.

That's what I was thinking but wasn't sure. Where could I get Dom tubing from?

McMaster carr, hardware store maybe. Etc.

Don't buy pipe or something weak ***. DOM tube is made from cold rolled 1020/1026 steel.
