how do you possibly have positive camber in the rear?

hit any curbs?

use any aftermarket lower control arms?

If this is the 98 Civic listed in the OP's sig, and he's using aftermarket (or stock) 92-95 Civic LCA's, then yeah that'll make for some nasty positive camber.

You need to figure out why you have positive camber in the first place. A car shouldn't ever have positive camber, even on stock suspension.

so you have aftermarket LCA?

if its not Skunk2, but SPC instead, then that would explain the positive camber as they are purposely set in. which is why i never recommend that brand specifically.

They must have been the incorrect arms, or you have the incorrect arms on there now. Going from aftermarket back to stock LCA's shouldn't change camber at all if they were the correct application for both the stock and aftermarket parts.

The only way the camber could be positive after switching LCA's is if the current LCA's are shorter than the ones that were on there previously.

Maybe the previous owner did the camber trick. Where you add washers to the rear UCA to loose excessive negative camber. Check if there is any washers or anything fishy with the rear UCA

Either the upper arm is pushed out (washer trick like mentioned above) or you're using the incorrect lower arms (shorter than the stock 96-00 arms).

If none of the above, then something has to be bent/damaged, although I don't see that happening equally on both sides. Take some pics of the control arms underneath the rear of the car if you can.
