My GCs feeling very soft!!!?
I got the GC/koni yellow combo last september.
my spring rates are 400f 300r
my shocks are set on halfway and i'm still getting a lot of body roll. i don't know if i've had them for long and i'm used to the stiffness but the springs almost feel like they're stock. i do notice though for hard accelerating and braking the car won't bob up and down.
any help is appreciated, especially from those that have had the setup for a while
thanks

I think you are getting used to them. Those are not super aggressive rates nor in Canada would I think a street driven should be super aggressive. In just that short time, I think you would find the shocks have no measurable wear and the Eibach ERS springs that came with the GC sleeves are probably just like new.
With body roll, what is your sway bar situation? The less spring you run to make the car not pound you on the street, often the more sway bar you might have to keep the overall roll stiffness up. Bigger springs typically means less bar.

Re: (lowRIDAH)
Look into something like a ITR sway bar (22 m) or maybe something a little bigger. Most people seem to be happy with that on their eg's/ek's. Comptech makes some, along with Suspension technique.
I know with the EG you have to worry about subframe damage if you use anything arround a ITR and higher, and thus have to get a subframe brace. About the EK im not sure. I thought I remember in the back of my head that you dont, but I could easily be wrong, so hopefully somebody will chime in here.

i almost sure that you do need a subframe brace on an ek.
i think the comptech bar comes with a brace...i'll probably be running that soon, it just cost hella $$$
