Default modified ps rack rebuild and loop.

ok guys i have a 97 civic hatch with a manual rack. I just picked up a ps rack off a 2000 ex and also the pinion gear off a dc integra to get a better ratio. my plan is to get is new boots ,inner and outer tie rods, rack bushings. is there anything else i should replace like seals etc?

also what is the best way to setup the ps rack? i want to keep it non ps so i was thinking about looping it but i read about people ruining there racks. my car doesnt have ps and i dont have any of the lines.

Thanks
