Hello I have the following parts and what to know the Order in Which things are installed. I have seen a few guides and none talking about the plastic clip, or the peice of metal that looks like a socket.

So...the instructions...?? Have they been disposed of?
The metal clip goes onto the middle or top groove on the shock body. The sleeve slips over the top of the shock. Only one side of the sleeve sits on the clip properly.
Then the spring. Then the bump stop.
Then the thick silver/gold washer (concave side down). Then the black washer.
Then the hat (loaded with bushings).
Then the thin gold washer concave side up.
Then the nut.

^???
No. The silver metal cups at ths bottom aren't supposed to be there.
Do you have Koni yellow specific GC sleeves?
Is there a more dimly lit place you can take pics in with less descriptive angles? Like...totally in the dark, if possible? I want to try out my bat-vision.

You need Koni yellow specific GC sleeves (red part) to use them on koni yellow shocks. You cannot safely use anything but koni specific sleeves.
Are the red sleeves too big? Do they just slide past the clips?
The silver cups cannot be used with ANY coilover sleeve. They are for springs that mount directly to the cup...like stock springs or lowering springs.

No problem, good luck.
Do you have the directions from the manufacturer still? Those have installation instructions and diagrams. You have to orient everything in very specific ways.
