How to read h&r springs

I'm guessing the first part is the manufacturing date, and then the part/application number. I have a set of H&R sports and they say 10/2000 where your's say 8/99.
Front springs are marked with either a "F" or "VA", and rear springs are marked with either a "R" or "HA"
