i dont have much faith in tokico blues. im a fan of their illuminas, but from what i understand their blues are being produced in their chinese plant and im hearing lots of reports on shoddy quality. blues really arent meant to be more than fresh stock shocks, so thats why i wouldnt pair them with ground controls.

Believe me, you do. I said the same thing when I bought Blues for the front, thinking non-adjustables are just as capable as adjustables but without the fine tuning. WRONG. I've said this in another thread but I'll say it again ; there are no real performance non-adjustables available (at a reasonable price, Bilstein doesn't count).

Go with KYB AGX, Tokico Illumina or better yet Koni Yellow. Hold off your suspension projects until next spring if you have to, you'll be thanking yourself. I see your from Montreal, just imagine what conditions the roads will be in next spring, do you really want to be tackling those potholes with an inferior shock?

i think illuminas are a good value if you find them at the chepaer than retail costs. ebay is a good palce to start. shox.com has the best retail deals, good service.

be sure whoever you are buying your used GC's from includes the urethane O rings because you will need those to adapt the tube to the shock
