Get a different shock. GR-2's are a non-adjustable stock replacement.

Sorry I didn't tell you what you wanted to hear?

Go big or go home, man. Do it right the first time.

the GR-2's are meant for oem/stock suspension. I have ground control's with integra spring rates and kyb agx 4way adj.'s. if i keep my hatch i was thinkin bout getttin the front and rear top hats for better susp. travel/ and/or go lower. the kyb agx is good enough for daily driving and once in a while drag or track. if you want something firmer/sportier go with the ground controls that match up with koni yellows. they have that deal on weaksauce.org and here too probably but thats the last place i saw that deal and i think they even include the top hats.

Go with Koni Yellows. Had AGX's lowered 1.8 and they blew.

3rd the koni yellows. My agx w/ gc's are still fine after 3 years of constant abuse. Koni's w/ gc and extended top hats would probably make for a better long lasting suspension.

I just installed KYB AGX's this weekend on my 95 4dr, and they are great. I have GC's and the ride is really nice.

I was going to order the GR-2's, but I ready too many bad reviews on the board and opted for the AGX's.

ebay 374.99 shipped konis are way over rated, plus the guy at GC said unless you auto xsing or tracking, konis are not needed. Mine will be here thursday. GOODSTUFF

If you read the warning lable that came with the shock they tell you as much they warn you not to run them any lower then 1.2 to 1.5 inchs or the shock will fail and your warrenty will be void. By the way OP I have been running on the AGX 4 way adj with a 1.5 ich drop and havent had any problems

alright so i need opinions on this setup.....

ground control coilover sleeves/ tokico illumina adj. shocks

?-skunk2/omni power/blox front and rear camber kit

?-skunk2/omni power/blox LCA's

if i'm missing anything besides subframe and front and rear strut bar, please let me know and please give opinions on whether or not to go with skunk2/omni power/blox camber kits and LCA's

I'd go kyb agx shocks if you can afford them, Omni-power coil sleves and blox rear lca's.

With the bracing you're looking to do, do you have aspirations to auto-x?

While I was installing the AGX's...I installed the Blox Front and Rear camber kits. They worked great. I am a big fan of Speciality Products, but the quality of the Blox looks pretty good. I got the car aligned on Saturday and the mechanic said he has seen a lot of cars come in with the Blox kit and he hasn't seen any problems.

so i heard today from someone with a eg hatch who has the illuminas and gc's that he can't drop it as much as he wants....he says that he has to cut the shock some to lower it....
i dont really think he knew what he was talking about so can anyone help me out on this one....
and im just looking to get the car to have a nice look wit a drop and be able to drop the car as much as i want but still be able to ride smooth...
not for auto-x
