Good Grease for joints

Good Grease for joints
I'm wondering if there's a recommended grease to use with Moog suspension parts, they list HD lithium or synthetic grease but no particular brand. If anyone with experience using multiple brands with different longevity results advise me on what to go with.
As far as I know synthetic doesn't attract dirt whereas lithium does.

Re: Good Grease for joints
Using the grease specified by the joint manufacturer is the best bet for long life.
Any grease will attract dirt, it is a thick motile substance.
The type of grease is dependent on what you are talking about. A high temp grease is required for most ball joints and tie rod ends.
Joint longevity has more to do with installation and damage due to water/debris intrusion, even using the right grease will not repel all of it, and this will wear the ball stud.

Cool, I figure it's not to big of a deal for which brand. I'll stick to synthetics simply because they are ball joints and tie rods haha. Appreciate the reply I guess this was a useless thread
