Default Function & Form coilover problems

yo!

So I bought a set of the Type 1's, they have been on my car for about 3 weeks now. What I am noticing though is there is a lot of noise coming from the rear springs, like the springs are rubbing together or something. I was wondering if anybody else with FnF's have experienced the same problem. It only occurs when going up like a drive-way or some kind of related driving condition like that. Have not noticed it while just normal street driving around. Thanks in advance. BTW, the set up us not slammed at all, at least I dont think it is by slammed standards, so I dont think that could have an affect on the problem that I am experienceing.

Sorry to hear man I have type ones also but no problems with mine but they r covered under warranty if u bought from a authorized dealer. U should just check and make sure everything is in properly and torqued down to the right specs and if everything is ok just contact the company and they should replace with new ones.

Have they been doing this for the 3 weeks you've had them on there? They could still be "settling" in. As the guy above stated, if you bought them from an authorized dealer, they should be replaced if it is in fact a manufacturer fault.

I've had this problem with my skunk2 pro series coilovers on my ef. Every time I went up a slanted/high drive way, the spring would make a loud popping noise, like the spring was loose. Any problem regarding noises in the suspension component should be taken seriously. Try to take them back to the place where you bought it and see if you can get a different pair.
