Default Front right wheel tilting outward...

My friend just got a CRX HF. The wheels are steered forward so the wheels should be straight. The front left wheel is fine. The front right wheel is tilting away from the car at the top. I looked underneath the fender real quick and I noticed coilovers so the car's probably been lowered. Stock control arms. The car was hit on the other side but not too hard. What would be some reasons this wheel would stick out like this and how could I fix it?

Thanks for the help guys

Either the right lower control arm is bent, or a camber kit on the right upper control arm has slipped. Also the steering knuckle could be bent. Take it to an alignment shop and have them tell you whats wrong if you can't find the parts...
