Default Engine Mount Insert

Hi there,
Would my shift feel improve with Engine mount inserts..??

yes, to an extent. This is because the engine would 'rock' less back and forth so it'd feel like the engagement is smoother/more positive.

i felt very noticable improvements by just this. eliminated wheel hop and crisper shifting. no extra vibrations. and its free.

hey, i was about to start a post. B/c i had a concern about a bushing

Both of the bushings in the LOWER front are worned out!.. not the top mounts where hasports has them for sale. im talking about the two bottom under the chasis? this is for a 97 ek hatch wtih a type r motor. Is this the mount you guys are talking about?

Also does that mean i have to get a acura motor mount insert?

and another thing for the suspension heads! i dont have power steering, and i feel a loose kind of feel at times, do you guys recommend changing the rack and pinion from a non power steering car? or type r racks? or what? i want to get a better feel.

thanks, any info would happily appreached, dont mean to hijack the thread on top.
