I have ls vtec turbo ek with lsd. i want to be able to launch hard with no wheel hop. What do you guys think are ES motor mount inserts worth it?

Motor mount inserts will not eliminate wheel hop. If you want zero wheel hop, you'll want to get some traction bars. I think you should get the inserts anyways, considering that it's a turbo car with more grip provided by the LSD. If you do get the inserts, the rear mount is the one that makes the difference and is the one that will vibrate the car and shake your dash.

Also, since you have an EK, you might want to consider replacing the driver side upper mount with an aftermarket one, if you're still running the stock one. Those are pretty much guaranteed to break and squirt brown goo under the hood of any 96-00 Civic that races.

IM RUNNING STOCK MOTOR MOUNTS. SO I should get hasport driver side upper mount only not the rear bottom mount??
