"Best" doesn't tell us anything. Ask a specific question this time.

Actually, I have people telling me to ask these questions and I'm also learning. Why are you always on my dick? It's like every thread that I make, you put your dumbass two sense into when really, I clearly don't give a ****! Stay the **** off my stuff. THANK YOU!

Ask. A. Specific. Question.
Questions in post #3. Answer them.

Otherwise you can get the answers to these vague questions from Google.
And I forgot one. "How do shocks work?" I doubt someone is telling you to ask these questions when they could tell you themselves. If they are, maybe you should start talking to different people.

BTW. Why are you having such a meltdown? I can picture you screaming at the monitor while you were typing this.

Okay, since you want me to be specific. I have a friend he's starting his coilover setup soon. He wants to lower his car, and that's why I asked the question about which is better coilovers or lowering springs and what's really the difference because I know nothing about this and I wanted to learn. He has a 94 civic. I know nothing, these aren't my questions, I'm just asking them and I wanted to learn as well. He wants stiffest ride, no bouncing. that's all I can tell you because I know nothing about this. I'm not here to argue or debate with anyone, I'm here to learn and get answers for him.

Hint. There is a sticky at the top of the forum. Been there for quite sometime and answers all these redundant questions. You should read it and tell your friend to read it.

There is no "best" coilover. Only the one more suited to your application.

Threads like this should just be locked lol... But they are funny to read!!! Everyone always says they want to learn but yet they dont want to read.. Endless threads everywhere on every topic.. Read first then ask specific questions.. Like you dont even say what the guys budget is or nothing.. You can buy raceland coils for $350bucks or you can buy coils for as much as $1500 plus.. Thats why people flame you man...

OP, every single time before you ask a question, do a little research first. Also, explain the application and situation you are in so we can give good, accurate recommendations.

Not trying to **** on you, but the people who try and actually be helpful and contribute get ******* tired of reading redundant threads. If you can't figure out the search feature on HT, just use Google.

IMO using Google still works better, but H-T search has drastically improved from what it was a few years back.

This is why I've spent the majority of my time lately on firearm forums like ar15.com and sigtalk.com opposed to H-T. Provide practical information, and then do research. Once you think you have an answer, stop, and do more research. And when you finally make a decision, do MORE research. It sounds like your "friend" should do his own research as well. You should not expect handouts. I spent roughly 8 months or something researching before I pulled the trigger on Koni/GC set up. Do your own work.

By the way, it is "cents", not "sense."
