which calipers?
have the jdm 36mm 5 lug conversion on my 99 gsr. have spoon calipers on right now and going back to stock. do i need to find a type r caliper? would a gsr caliper fit? i read somewere prelude calipers are the same. are they? would do i need to do? thanks

ITR calipers (stamped 1 7 C L 1 5 V N) can also be found on other honda/acura listed below:

no, 94-00 integra ls, gs, rs & gsr calipers (are all stamped 1 7 C L 14 V N) wont fit on your 5 lug

yes prelude VTEC calipers (stamped 1 7 C L 1 5 V N) will work on your 5 lug, plug & play

For those of you with a soggy brake pedal after caliper installation, here is the CORRECT bleeding sequence:
Bleed the brakes Right Rear, Left Front, Left Rear, Right Front. You do not go farthest to closest with Hondas.
Always bench bleed the Master cylinder when replacing the master cylinder, ABS unit, or proportioning valve.
