Default Bushing problem??

ok, I just bought a 98 civic hatch a couple months ago and got wheels and coilovers for it. the car has always leaned to the left a little since I got the car, even when the stock suspension was on it. I figured it was the shocks or something. So now I put maxspeed lowering springs in the back for a smoother ride and the driverside rear is about 3/4 an inch lower than the passenger side. Both lowering springs are the same size, I put everything together right, and the shocks are fine. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the bushings are worn out. If anyone has any ideas why it is doing this please let me know.
