Botteming out
How far is it lowered and what springs are in it? This is going to be the key about bottoming problems, not your new shocks unless there is some major installation error.
Bottoming is typically when your car is so low that it's suspension motion needs for the spring rate that you have exceed the amount of suspension travel you have remaining. Generally the answer is raise the car or raise the spring rate. Depending on your motives, raising the car is likely the more sane route but sanity may not be a priority.

i got ebach pro kit and when i put the new struts on I raised it a inch and a half it sits about six inches off the ground and it only does it on the drivers front side
Something is defiantley amiss, I am guessing an installation issue. First make sure that the soprings are installed on the right ends of thec ar. A shock install will not casue that big a ride height chang if it is properly installed and it will not make the car unlevel. I think someone did something incorrect so you need to really check it out.
my guess is that the thick, tapered washer that is under the shock boot is either missing or is dislodged inside there. have you opened your hood up and checked to see if its ok under there? itll definately be noticable if theres a problem with that because the shock rod will be misaligned and higher than normal. it could also punch through your hood... please check it.
its kind of common for ppl to forget, or it to become dislodged in the process of (re)assembling the shock.
