Default Best daily driven spring/coilover setup

I have a 94 civic EX coupe. I dont really care for auto-crossing or anything like that. Just want to lower it while maintaining a close as stock ride comfort. I had GC coilovers and KYB AGX on my 00 Prelude that were decent. Im looking to spend $800ish or less.

Will the GC coilovers fit the KYB GR2 shocks?

How much of a drop are you looking for?

If you don't care for ride height adjustablility just get some Koni Yellows, and a set of springs that match the drop you want.

Maybe an inch or two. Id probably should get coilovers then. How are the Tein basics on the street? A lil too rough?
