Default Another conversion quest.

Facts: Got a 98 civic ex USDM - and a garage full of these parts!!!

Got from Japan........
96 ITR JDM full suspension from a junk yard (kinda rough shape) -
96 ITR JDM rims (4x113) I believe?

Tryed to install and found that the lower control arm on the ITR is like 5 inchs short than my stock control arm with diff. lower shock mounts. Is there an easier way to get those roters and rims on without swap trailing arms and searching for a compatable lca?

I'm 99.9% sure the ITR rear trailing arm still fits onto your stock lower control arm. So as long as you maintain your stock rear lcas, it should be fine.

I'll take another look but the last time I was under there, I thought the ITR trailing arms mount for the shock, is set up for the shock to mount directly to the arm with a bushing connected directly to the shock. Where as the civic has the U shaped bracket on the bottom of the shock. I will try to get pics up soon.

Thanks

That is correct. Which is why you use shocks and LCAs for your car, but use the ITR TAs, as kommon_sense explained.

You must retain stock rear LCA's and rear shock. Everything else bolts up perfectly.
