Default Alignment specs

So I recently bought a 94 Civic EX coupe and had to get a new right rear trailing arm. After two alignments and the new arm, rear toe specs are as follows:

Left: .08 (.04-.16 range) Right: .15 (.04-.16 range)

This is way better than it was, but should I complain and have them adjust the right side toe so it is closer to 0 like the left side or am I asking too much?

Thanks

Btw the car\suspension is completely stock and the rear tires have serious inner wear and are getting replaced ASAP.
