4x114.3 conversion parts list - brake tech thread

Re: (autox228)
I have checked far and wide, I have found NO factory USDM replacement rotor.
What can be done....take an Integra rear disc, redrill it to 4x114.3 and bore the center out to 64.1mm. Can be had for 110$ a pair plus shipping from some people....

its always good to know since im still on the look out for rotors =S</TD></TR></TABLE>
for stock replacement rotors for 4x114 call up brian at fastbrakes.com where he has redrilled replacement rotors for sale. I went to his distributor in so cal and i just gave him my worn down factory rotor and in a day or two he had a brembo crossdrilled replacement with no redrilled holes. I believe he mentioned it being a j-spec (jdm) rotor.
I still need to know about the rear hubs Is there no source for oem replacement? or do i have to find a used pair?

So you gave him the front rotor only right?

Re: (BrakeExpert)
This has NOT been covered. For the rear on a USDM GSR w/ABS, what hubs and bearings to press in when converting to 4x114? I know for the front you would use the civic hybrid electric hubs, but what about for the rear? I'm "assuming" prelude non-vtec hubs and rotors and bearings for the rear should fit into a gsr rear assembly, can anyone confirm this??? Thanks!
Also, I heard that for the front, you can use the legend 84-87 rotors which are 4x114, direct fit. No re-drilling of gsr rotors necessary. Can anyone also confirm?

Re: 4x114.3 conversion parts list - brake tech thread (lkiss)
This seems like the right thread to post this question. So far I have learned that you can press hybrid front hubs into gsr uprights and have 4x114 in the front. Now what I want to know is there anything similar for the rear conversion going from gsr to 114? The reason I asked is I picked up a set of 4x114 te-37s for my track car. I was willing to buy the conversion basically just for the wheels because of the steal. I would like to put together a junkyard version instead of buying the whole 96-spec front and rear assemblies.
