2012 Honda Accord wants going forward before brake stop

When I stop on brake try to stop my card before it complete stop, it suddenly has some force wants to go forward and I need to apply fully step on the brake in order to fully stop it.

hi mate, i have same problem with my 2000 honda accord 2.3 litre 4 cylinder. It has only 117000 kms on it. Have you got it fixed?? Can you please advice something??
