why is it soo hard for honda shops to be legitamite? I have been around the scene off and on for 15 years and have heard about so many bad honda shops (I've lost track over the years but here are a few): RoboCar, The Lab, CNC, Tunerz Image. Why does the honda community constantly rip each other off in shops and with private party ads? You don't hear domestic guys talking about getting ripped off by their local speed shop. Is it the low profit margins or something? I'm hoping a shop owner/employee can clear this up for me.

Honestly,
I might be the only one, but i had nothing but a good experience with lab.
they swapped a h22 into my car about 1 1/2 yrs ago. he was honest, and never lied to me. I told him i wanted it built for reliability. my car is still going stron with 50/k since the swap. My transmission came with the vin. there pirce was super fair as well.
im i the only one who was not done dirty by them.

Id say first make a police report.
Then contact BBB to make a report with them.
Then FTC should be contact and in less than 2 weeks someone will be arrested.
I did the same against someone that did my parents dirty on a home loan mod, and they're getting 20 to life.

I went to school with chris and victor from jdm. Chris ****ed up my rebuild. took him 3 weeks to make it seem like it was new. took 2 months to **** up again with the same problem. Thats when they closed up shop. I'm still looking for that punkass. ****ing lab is FOS too.

The Lab is f*ck up shop. about 3 years ago i went to this shop to get a swap when i still i had my 92 vx. it took these guys 3 weeks to the swap. there excuse was that they couldnt get an obd1 engine harness. i would always call this guy and ask if my car was done and he would bring it up that he couldnt get an obd1 engine harness. When he finally said my car was done i went to pick it up and when i got the car was boggling like sh*t. the battery was put on backwards and made a hole through my firewall. and another thing the motor had only about 2 quarts or less of oil. so i took the car back and told them they had the weekend to fix it or i was guna take them to court. these guys shouldn't be doing business. they're liars, irresponsible, and just really bad business people. i think there main targets are noobies to the scene so they can take advantage of them like how did they with me. F*ck The Lab!!!!

Nick owns rspec, I never had to deal with a swap from him, but he was always cool with parts and such.. even when he was working out of a liquor store in rialto. LOL. (theres a guy from rspec on ht).

Actually,anybody remember seeing a red eg coupe on bronze te's and sometimes work equips 03's at "jdmautohouse",he was always thier.They called him "mero" or "metal"...anyways watch out for this dude i know for a fact he steals cars he tryed to come up on mine when i use to drive my dc around,parked right across the street from my house even though thats way out of his way.He use to live in muscoy on vermont and second,but i think he stays at the apartments on highland and arden,just so u guys know.Thiers ALOT of car thievs in the 909 its freaking crazy.Did anybody go to the spreen honda meet like last month,and remember seeing the white eg hatch with a k20r his name is tj.Him and his friends are some damn thiefs,i remember hearing someones car got stolen during that small meet.
