Honda Ruckus 49cc!

I never thought I'd sell this thing, but Im putting my 2005 Honda Ruckus Scooter up for sale. The ONLY reason I'm even considering selling the scooter is because I'm about to move and I'll need to take the freeway to work now, so Im moving on to a bigger bike. Overall condition is Good- The only two problems with the bike are cosmetic (does have some light scratches here and there on floorboard from riding). One being the rear section of the battery box was cracked so it's completely off the bike and I dont have it anymore. And two, the oem plastic exhaust heat shield is cracked from bringing the scooter in and out of my apartment. Yes, its house-kept because I dont have a garage at this apartment haha. Heres a picture to prove it..

Only Modification is I filed down a plastic hook under the seat (this may not allow you to add net storage, im not sure) so that the wheel lock will fit underneath. Looks pretty OEM.
I took off the rear fender (for looks) but I still have it.
Recent pic showing the deleted battery box (dont mind my gf's dad's pink shirt
)
Im including an open face helmet (seen in pic), full Guardian brand cover
and Full Honda service manual

Gets 90+ MPG all day. Fill the tank with 91 and ride all month!
The bike has 3400 miles
Clean CA title, Registration paid through Aug 2012
Location: Santa Monica CA
Asking $1300 for everything.
