What is San Diego Like?
I'm considering moving there? SD heads give me the inside scoop. Everything from kind of people, food, pros and cons, and most importantly if the roads are vehicle friendly -No potholes, excessive construction, police, etc.

sd is very easy to get around in similar to maybe oc or even parts of lb... most people i know love sd and wouldn't move..beaches are pretty cool.. great food and nightlife at the gas lamp and pb...

Oh yea certainly. I used to do a courier job where I'd have to go from OC to SD almost everyday. SD was very easy to memorize and get around.
I was around the El Cajon area, then up the Escondido area. The hills though lol, they kill me sometimes
Oh yea, my friend took me the "cliffs", seems like the night life there is a live. There was probably a bar/club every 2 blocks away from each other.

north county is nice, south east is ghetto. YOu want a hooker go to El cajon Blvd. you want some drugs go to south east. You want to see stuck up rich bitches go to the coastel side la jolla del mar carlsbad etc.

yeah some parts of san diego are nice for example point loma but be prepare to pay a **** load of money to live in a nice area.. but but the prices of houses are going down big time i say wait a bit until they go down more that is if you are planning to buy a house
uhmmm traffic sucks in the morning 7-10 and afternoon 3-6 still i rather be stuck in traffic here than in L.A county
nice beaches, nice parks, friendly people, downtown is fun, lost of places to explore, and eat
thief's and ricers... nothing bad really the usual

gun problems are alot down southeast san diego, imperial ave, marker st skyline etc..those are the ghettos and stay away from those places unless you wanna get shot or jacked. mostly populated by ghetto asians, mexicans and blacks.Roads are okay you dont have to worry about potholes since it barely rains down here. Downtown proabably has the most potholes but not as bad. other than that san diego is cool its got its ghettos as well as its good places. Oh yeah and if you wanna find cheap hookers go to escondido

the crime is really confined to certain area's like most cities..

Re: What is San Diego Like? (Lasty K)
weather is probably the best..but there are cons.
police aren't too friendly when you have a modified vehicle...but at the same time..they have been much friendlier than the past years.
potholes are pretty bad in certain areas.
beautiful girls.
san diego i believe was one of the cities with the most stolen cars
well reason for that is because...we also have the BEST rides
