Need help guys - state-ref citation in Cali
received a state-ref citation in Cali.
would like to BAR approve my set up, if possible.
i heard i can just pay the fine for my citation and don't even need to show my set up.
But im worried about future events. My set up is a B16A2 with jacksonracing supercharger, on a water/methanol aspirated. Is it possible to BARD this kind of set-up? if i can, how much i have to invest?

Re: Need help guys
If the s/c has a 50 state legal sticker you should be OK, given its all set up properly.
The methanol set up, not sure, but if the car runs fine without it, maybe take it all out and go get it tested?

Easier to just uninstall it if you know how.
Cheaper to just pay the ticket and stop driving like a jackass on the streets.
I'm guessing you drive a black civic, lowered, on black rotas with tinted windows and a loud *** exhaust?
I used to daily my turbocharged civic and never got pulled over.
My civic isn't slammed, no tint, on hx rims.

Just tell the judge the motor blew and you haven't fixed it.
Pay the 500 and move on
You know you can get 3 extensions right?
You could extend it till next year. Be smart save the money everymonth then pay it..

Yup I agree. a lot of douchebags on HT. Instead of helping the OP out, people gotta make a lot of smart *** remarks.
BTW to OP, that B16 with supercharger should be able to pass BAR. The methanol setup probably not. Just make sure the engine is same year as chassis or newer.
