Default Lime Green Foglights? Film or Colored-Bulb?
Ive been recently seeing some car with a lime green colored foglights (more yellow than green though). I'm wondering if its film they laid on there or just the bulb color. I like how it looks and would really like to know. Im in L.A, maybe someone else has seen what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance.

I think i saw somebody have the same fogs but this was in riverside...
was it a Civic Coupe?
