Emission/Smog check
I just recently moved back here to Cali from Virginia. Over in Virginia, we don't have Smog check, just safety inspection, so we can get away with a lot of mods. My question is, I know Cali is strict on smog & emission, if I got a boosted DC2 how can I pass?

you cant legally pass smog with a turbo thats not carb legal so you have to find a crooked smog shop but ive also heard of people that have boosted hondas and have a crazy tune that will give clean *** emissions and a inspector who overlooks the visual inspection
