Default New to the area / forum - Charleston, SC

Hi all,
My name is Jonathan, and I will be relocating to Charleston, South Carolina this weekend. I'm a network engineer, and no, I won't fix your computer. I'm coming from Morgantown, West Virginia, and I'm pretty excited to get out of this cold weather.

I currently own a MY2000 Silverstone S2000, and up until a few days ago, I also owned a MY2005 STi (built motor, GT35R, 530 WHP.) I sold the STi so I could afford a higher mortgage. In the (very) near future, I plan on purchasing a 2006 Mercedes E55 AMG.

I will be living in Summerville and working in North Charleston. I can't wait to meet the local car enthusiasts as well as get to know the local shops in the area. I hear there are quite a few high-end performance shops as well as a number of tracks nearby. Is this correct?

Anyway, enough about me. Can't wait to meet you all.
