Heyas guys,

The brake light normally for my parking brake stays on even when it is all the way down, I took of the cover off and even pushed the button, it seems that it just gets brighter when the button is pushed making me think that something else is singnaling it to come on. Will low brake fluid, or low pads set off a sensor?

Check fluid level, all brake pads, sensor and MC cap

 

yes, low brake fluid will make the light come on. the fact that it gets brighter when u press the ebrake switch confirms that you have low fluid level.
