Would it hurt my stock H23 to replace my current head with an H22 VTEC head?

Hmmm, not sure. I don't think anyone has done this before. Try it and let us know.

 

i think u need to tighten the muffler hangers so u will get 40 hp to the wheels.

 

no it will be fine, make sure u bring the h23 cams to a machine shop and get the VTECH lobes added
