h23's spin bearings bc jackasses think they are driving b16's
dont rev the **** out of it and you'll be fine considering you know how to work on an engine. its not gonna be as reliable as stock.
IMHO...you might be better off just stickin with the h23 and bump up the compression and get the crower stg 3 cams and port/polish the head with new springs and i bet you be be around the price as the h22/23 plus it'll be 10x more reliable with the same if not more hp

yes yes!!!!! but i'd use the stage 2's....crower says that the stage 3's are not reccommended for the street as they are very aggresive.
