Will dropping my 4th gen lude 1.5" cause any drastic chamber problems?
drastic, no.
have it aligned after you lower it either way... but i wouldnt rush to buy a camber kit

A 1.5" drop isn't low enough to cause drastic camber problems. Your negative camber will surely increase, but not to a large degree. I am lowered 1.5" all around with my GC's and I dont eat tires up very quickly.
Just make sure to get an alignment.

I believe the "rule of thumb" for a camber kit and a drop is when you lower it more than 2". Im sure a lot of people get camber kits with less than a 2" drop, but thats up to the person.
The most important thing is getting a 4 wheel alignment after you lower the car. Toe is affected when you lower a car and that will eat tires faster then camber.
Install the springs and get the alignment done. You won't know if you need a camber kit ( or which adjustment range ) until you get the alignment. Make sure they adjust toe to specs and write down or get a printout of your camber/toe/etc.

also depends on the size of the wheels & tires you run.
15" or 16" rims with some nice 225/45's or 225/50's will accept (and require more) camber then a 225/35/18 or whatever.

Don't think I could've said it better myself. Camber wears down the inside, toe eats the whole damn thing. lol
generally speaking though, 1.5" drops don't cause problems after being aligned by a proffesional.
