Alignment does not cause tire shake...................
Out of balance wheels, Broken Axle, Bad wheel bearing, Bent wheel.......

Worst case you have a bulging tire, bent wheel, etc... which a wheel balancing could catch.
Rotate front-back might help diagnose if you're too cheap to get them rebalanced.
