Default Cold Air Intake and Bad Fuel Mix

Ran my teg through a computer and it gave me back a code of my fuel mixture too lean according to my o2 sensor. So i replaced the sensor and my fuel mix is still too lean. My engine isnt getting enough gas, and im not getting enuff speed. Also, when I brake fast my car shuts off. Could it be a problem with vaccuum hoses, fuel pump, fuel filter? I ordered new cold air intake, so maybe that can help out. But I dont wanna install it and my car run like crap. I need suggestions. Thanks H-T'ers

What have you done to it?

If your car is giving you problems like this and it's stock, adding aftermarket parts would be the last thing I would do right now.

Maybe check the fuel pressure? I would think that low presure would cause you to run lean.

Stock fuel regulator? If so then check the all your vacuum hoses.
