I cant get my turbine housing to rotate on the center section. I loosend all of the bolts but I cant get it to move. I need to move it so I can get the oil feed fitting out. It is hitting the flange where the turbo bolts to the manifold.

 

Try tapping the compressor housing a little to loosen the seal between the cartridge and housing.

 

just take all the bolts out and tap it all the way off
