Even the top joint on the control arm. Can that be pressed.

yeah. I have never done it but some say it can. I just bought the whole arm because it seemed too thin to be pressed but people here say they ahve done it.
i went to a parts store and they only had listing for prelude front ball joints but no rear. could i just order 2 sets of fronts? i doubt it makes a difference but i'm just want a second opinion. thanks

Yes, I want to confirm. This old legend ball joint fits prefectly rear prelude knuckle.
It has been installed this morning
Costs about 1/5 of whole prelude knuckle

> that part # is just the ball joint? is it any cheaper than a regular prelude ball joint?
It is a separate 1990 legend ball joint you can use for prelude - it is exactly the same as the one you have in rear knuckle.
The only difference is that honda does not sell a separate ball joint for prelude, but whole knuckle. The knuckle costs about 5 times more than this legend ball joint.
