Default 65-60mm d16 t/b. Any gains?

am able to pick up a throttle body (stock d16) that has been bored with the outside diamter being 65mm and the diameter directly infront of the t/b is the oem 60mm
Would I see any gains from this?

Thanks

do you mean the ID (inside diameter) and not OD (outside diameter)?

the OD is not gonna be different... the ID measurements would reflecting the larger over-bored area.

btw edit: I bored out a tb from 60mm to 66mm ID and have not been able to tell a difference until WOT.. feels a bit better and stronger on the topend, but no dyno's to prove my assumptions of it being from the tb. (sorry for any bad engrish)

You also need to have your intake manifold port matched for the larger tb to do any good.
